After the guided tours, participating students wrote down their hopes and wishes for the WKCD. They all believe the cultural district will enrich and enliven Hong Kong’s cultural milieu.
Comments also reflected concerns about the WKCD regarding the planning of the district, employment opportunities it would bring, greening, and the use of space. A few students even indicated that they would pursue arts management courses with the view towards future employment at the WKCD. All of them voiced hopes that the WKCD can become a cultural, leisure and entertainment venue for all Hongkongers, regardless of background.
