Welcome to the annual report of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority 2010/11, which we are proudly presenting a 350 gram – down almost 60 per cent - product on environmentally friendly paper.

Themed as “From Vision to Reality”, the second page of the annual report tells the story: “Read on – see what local artists are saying about the future arts hub.”

For the cover, we are privileged to have Gaylord Chan, who drew a picture of his ideal New MAP KLN. The 86 year-young is one of the city’s most contemporary artists who discovered in recent years the fun of computer as a tool for his art.
